WISE WORDS by Anthony Hopkins, you should read this and learn

😍😍😍
Actor ANTHONY HOPKINS - Powerful words.

′′Let go the people who are not prepared to love you. This is the hardest thing you will have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing. Stop having hard conversations with people who don't want change.

Stop showing up for people who have no interest in your presence. I know your instinct is to do everything to earn the appreciation of those around you, but it's a boost that steals your time, energy, mental and physical health.

When you begin to fight for a life with joy, interest and commitment, not everyone will be ready to follow you in this place. This doesn't mean you need to change what you are, it means you should let go of the people who aren't ready to accompany you.

If you are excluded, insulted, forgotten or ignored by the people you give your time to, you don't do yourself a favor by continuing to offer your energy and your life. The truth is that you are not for everyone and not everyone is for you.

That's what makes it so special when you meet people who reciprocate love. You will know how precious you are.

The more time you spend trying to make yourself loved by someone who is unable to, the more time you waste depriving yourself of the possibility of this connection to someone else.

There are billions of people on this planet and many of them will meet with you at your level of interest and commitment.

The more you stay involved with people who use you as a pillow, a background option or a therapist for emotional healing, the longer you stay away from the community you want.

Maybe if you stop showing up, you won't be wanted. Maybe if you stop trying, the relationship will end. Maybe if you stop texting your phone will stay dark for weeks. That doesn't mean you ruined the relationship, it means the only thing holding it back was the energy that only you gave to keep it. This is not love, it's attachment. It's wanting to give a chance to those who don't deserve it. You deserve so much, there are people who should not be in your life.

The most valuable thing you have in your life is your time and energy, and both are limited. When you give your time and energy, it will define your existence.

When you realize this, you begin to understand why you are so anxious when you spend time with people, in activities, places or situations that don't suit you and shouldn't be around you, your energy is stolen.

You will begin to realize that the most important thing you can do for yourself and for everyone around you is to protect your energy more fiercely than anything else. Make your life a safe haven, in which only ′′compatible′′ people are allowed.

You are not responsible for saving anyone. You are not responsible for convincing them to improve. It's not your work to exist for people and give your life to them! If you feel bad, if you feel compelled, you will be the root of all your problems, fearing that they will not return the favours you have granted. It's your only obligation to realize that you are the love of your destiny and accept the love you deserve.

Decide that you deserve true friendship, commitment, true and complete love with healthy and prosperous people. Then wait and see how much everything begins to change. Don't waste time with people who are not worth it. Change will give you the love, the esteem, happiness and the protection you deserve."

Akikoon tutustin yli 40 vuotta sitten. Minulla oli ilmoitus japanilaisessa Music Life lehdessä.

Taulunkin on tehnyt, mikä on kunniapaikalla kodissani, sanoin muita hänen töitään.

Akikon suomeksi kirjoittamat sanat liikuttivat minua syvästi.

MESSAGE FROM MY MOTHER BECOME A INSTRUCTION OF INSTAGRAM IMAGE

The picture I saw on Instagram today brought me a message from my mother behind the grave.

I have not written for a few months here on my blog anything, because all the recent events, I've visited have been superficial and commercial and therefore does not come inspiration this spring to write about them.

I was pleased to see how hundreds of readers have visited my posts since my last post.

The profound experience I have experienced today made me come back to my blog again.  I wanted to share this experience with my blog readers.  So now you can read my experience today.

I accidentally went to see my good friend's Instagram account pictures today.

I was suorised to find a picture of my mother's handmade woodwork that was very familiar to me.  I was wondering how did I find it on my friends Instagram.  The picture revealed to me something I had never known before.

You have to go a lot back in order to understand what this is all about.  I can tell you that it caused me to tear down and deep movement.

This picture was found on the instagram of my Japanese friend Akiko.  I was acquainted with Akiko for over 40 years.  I had an announcement in the Japanese Music Life magazine.  I'm looking for friends from Japan.  I have always been interested in Japanese culture and I also wanted to get japanese pictures of the great  idol Suzi Quatro.

Akiko was one of those who responded to my announcement in 1978. Many others answered and wrote with them, but Akiko has remained my friend to this day.  Akiko has visited countless times in Finland and Scandinavia.  That's where my parents, my sister, and my friends have met him.  We have also met in Paris and London and, with my mothers help in 1993, i got able to go to Japan.  My great dream came true, which I wouldn't have been able to afford without my mothers help.

So here's the background to the picture.  This is my mother's handmade woodwork made of genuine old barn wood.  My mother decorated it fine.  My mother has always been artistic, has painted porcelain boards and plates etc. And she has done what's in my home for honor, I told her other works.  I have inherited from my mother artistry and I enjoy when I can be crafty school with students of all kinds.

This work has been dear to me and I didn't even know that she had ever given it to Akiko.  That's why I was so surprised to know today that it is Akiko at her home in Tokyo.

Akiko's words written in Finnish moved me deeply.  Akiko has once arrived in Finland to study Finnish at the Summer University and thus had a good reason to stay in Finland for a longer time.  (Japan does not understand long holidays, they are a strange thing. By studying, she got a "accepted" reason to be on holiday in Finland for a long time.)

Akiko wrote the following under the picture:

It was just over a year since my mother died and Akiko says how long it is going.

"Every time I see this craft that he (my mother) gave me, I remember him."

When I read these words so deeply moved.  Until Japan is part of my mother reminding my good friend of my mother.  Did my mother know when she gave this gift?  Maybe maybe not?

However, what I found out today and what message I received from my mother behind the grave was that she greatly appreciated Akiko.  Akiko did not go with the mass as the Japanese people in general.  She travelled alone, which was a great surprise in Japan.  Especially a woman shouldn't do that.  She saw in Akiko a passer-by and a courageous woman who did what she wanted.  That's why she certainly donated that piece of her work.  On the other hand, my mother appreciated our long friendship, and I find it wonderful that part of my mother's memory lives in Akiko's home in Japan.

Good long-term friend to Akiko!  My mother's memory also lives there and it gives me great pleasure that through that work you remember my mother's memory.

According to these words, I want to say that you appreciate and cherish good friendships!
